Sunshine and Serenity Co is a massage studio based in Ottsville, Pennsylvania. 

My goal through massage is to help others reduce pain and connect deeper to themselves. I focus on reducing muscle tension and work to help bring your body back to equilibrium. 

Each session starts by discussing your specific needs at the time of your visit. My services are integrative, meaning I incorporate multiple massage techniques including myofascial release, trigger point, acupressure, reiki, and deep tissue therapy to best fit your needs and goals. Gua Sha and Cupping Therapy can be added to any service at no additional charge, when required. Complimentary Aromatherapy also included.
