A customized table massage tailored to each individuals specific needs. We will start by going over your specific goals for treatments at each visit. 

After discussing your needs and focus, I will step out of the treatment room while you get comfortable on the table. 

A base of Swedish style flowing strokes; I will work to incorporate the various skills I have learned to best support your needs including myofascial release, trigger point, acupressure, reiki, and deep tissue therapy. 

Cupping or Gua Sha may be added to any 60 or 90 min massage at no extra charge based on your needs.
